[There's a sudden break into voice when Aerith mutters:] I feel sick. [She still has to check on Hope... she doesn't know what to say with Lightning not returning--yet. Because she is returning. ]

If anyone sees Lightning, tell her she's in trouble... [Not like it'll make her come faster.] ... for worrying people.

[Action (if people want?) open to Zack, Hope, people passing through the first two floors of C4, as she'll be passing through them herself later. Allie, if you want to do a backdated thread instead to play out her breaking the news, that's cool too? Up for anything, even if Aerith isn't quite. She's looking drawn and paler, despite the sun being out more.]

[ooc: Lightning will be back soon! Part of why this is dated to Thursday. I have to work, so responses will come in about six hours.]

Both, actually--you and Cloud and the others lived in House 50 for a long while, before moving over to building seven. We... had a plan once, to try and convince more of the children here to move to that building so we could keep a better eye on them.

I guess it didn't work out? Children can be very independent... still, it was a good idea.

Most of the initial children ended up being sent home, and the current number of small children now is very low, and they have others looking after them anyway. But yes, they can be fairly independent if they've a mind to be. [She thinks of Miu and Taichi especially.]

So it's not needed anymore--that's even better.

I'd still like for the option to be there, but... at least we did try.

[Raine's got a point, so Aerith pauses, putting her hand on her chin as she thinks.] Let's see... there's the Welcoming Center. What if everyone who was interested in taking a child in told them, and we got a list together? Of course, you'd have to watch who gets on the list...

Hmm... that's not a bad suggestion, actually. I can think of a few people who'd be willing to look out for others in the buildings anyway. The list would need to be maintained as well, with the way the population changes.

Right. With how people get sent back home... a lot can change, even in just a month. [It's been a month since Cloud and Tifa were both sent back, now...] Still, I think it could be managed.

If other groups could be managed for long periods of time, I suppose it wouldn't be too different.

Yeah! [She nods, seeming encourage about this.] It's not impossible. I'll have to ask at the Welcome Center about coordinating.

I'm sure that Rydia would be glad to help coordinate it. She was very helpful in stepping in when the Welcome Center needed someone to steer it.
